Common Sense

Whispering Pines RV Resort & Campground rules are in place for the safety, enjoyment, and comfort of all of our guests. Our priority is to make sure everyone enjoys their stay, and we appreciate your cooperation. CONTACT US • For any disturbance at any time, please call 231- 535-0461 and we will respond promptly.  Our sites are rented with either 1 RV/Trailer or 1 Tent. All rates are based on 2 Adults and up to 2 children. There will be an additional fee of $7 per all additional adults and $4 per child per day. There cannot be more than 8 persons (including visitors) per Site. No more than one RV or Tent per site regardless the type of site. NO TENTS ON RV SITES DURING HOLIDAY EVENTS. NO TENTS DURING THE 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND. All Guest must be 21 years of age to make a reservation. All Holidays are a 3 night minimum stay. Holidays include: Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day. Deposits - On-line reservations require full prepayment as deposit for the entire length of time of the reservation.  Deposits can be paid via Visa/MasterCard/Discover Card.  Reservation confirmation will be sent via email. Cancellations - Refunds are provided with a 1 week notice for Non-Holiday reservation less a $10.00 service fee.  All Holiday cancellations must be made 30 days in advance to receive a full refund less $10.00 service fee.  Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit all deposits.  Full Credit for future dates can be used with proper notice. Absolutely no rugs or matts that are not breathable are allowed anywhere in the park. If you are unsure, call the office and we will happily inspect what you have. Basically, nothing that will kill the grass. Absolutely do not tie, hang, or put anything in any of our trees. Absolutely no washing of any vehicle of any kind. No portable toilets or showers are allowed anywhere in the park. No sprinklers or any other water spraying devices that use park resources are allowed to be used anywhere in the park. Do not plug in or use facilities from any other site other than the one you are scheduled to use. Includes fire-pits and tables No outside refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers are allowed on any site for any reason. Do we need to list more?  Do not leave/burn trash, garbage, food, diapers, cans, bottles, or anything else that is not wood in your fire-pits. Not only does it smell horrible for everyone in the park it leaves a mess. Any campsite that does burn anything other than wood (purchased from the park) will be asked to leave without refund and will be billed $25.00 as a cleanup fee.
